This review is solely based on our burger experience. We ordered medium rare/medium & got medium well. That didn't bother us because the burger was still awesome! The servers should just stop asking for temperature request and serve all burgers the same and that will decrease the negative reviews. I think this is a high 4-5 star burger joint. I would never go here and order anything else on the menu so for anybody that did their review is not taken into consideration. Service was good and the fried Twinkie was excellent! We are hooked and will definitely be regulars. This has become our #1 burger spot which we compare to Stacked STL, The Village, & The Tattooed dog.
If you have a burger craving, the Concord Grill can satisfy it in 50+ ways. I had the flash fried spinach burger yesterday & couldn't eat it fast enough to keep the juices from soaking the bun. The burger list is on one side of the menu (which is about 9 by 14 inches in size) in alphabetical order. The other side has more options - sandwiches, soup, salad, even kids menu. I'll have to go back again to try one of the other burger options. Or maybe a salad. This place is a must try!
what we love the best is the BBQ steaks, they are so big, tender, you can cut them with your fork, after eating the salad that comes with it, we can only eat a portion of it, then take the rest home for later.
Food was great. Service was great. Went last night and got the jalapeño poppet burger and the port wine burger #24. Both were delicious! Looking forward to working our way thru the list of burgers. The chocolate cake and Reese's fried Twinkies were to die for - it was our first time there and we will definitely be back!
Hands down the best burgers I have ever had! Nobody compares to their amazing burgers! I’ve ordered and eaten every single one of them, and they’re amazing.
All the meals are great but there burger is the best in town bar none. I went because my son wanted a fried Twinkie and he loved the food. I may buy a home nearby so I can walk home after supper daily. Superb!
Great food, great service as always, had the peanut butter and jelly burger and the breakfast burger. Both excellent.
If you want one of the best burgers in town then go to Concord Grill. So many to choose from. Amazing and cooked just how I wanted it. Also try their chicken noodle soup, chicken and dumplings, green beans, and entree dishes. You can’t go wrong. The wait staff members are friendly and upbeat, even when it’s crowded.
If you can’t find a burger here that suits your fancy your not hungry! Great service cold beer and fabulous food.
Food and service was great. My beef surprise and my wife's burger were more than we could eat. So we will have a second great meal.
I thoroughly enjoyed my roast beef sandwich “Steve’s Way.” The food came out hot and our drinks were always full. Reasonable price after 6 adult meals and 2 appetizers. Would totally go back! So many burger options to try!!
We love it, it's our go to when we aren't sure where we want to go. Always good, sometimes have to wait, but it's worth it! Service is good, have never had anything we didn't like. Get a groupon $13 for $22 in food. A great value. If you leave hungry it's your own fault!
The service was amazing and the staff was so friendly. The food was out of this world! You must stop by this place no matter what part of St. Louis you are in.
I had a bad experience the first time in but I try to give everyone a few chances. I am now a huge fan. After my bad meal the staff went out of there way to make sure that things tasted, looked, and smelled amazing.

Been here many times and the fried chicken is FANTASTIC
But then so are the burgers, really everything we have had here is GREAT.
Sometimes the place can get packed pretty quick but the wait is worth it.
Parking is sometimes a problem ( small lot )
It's well worth the drive if you're looking for great food and service.
Indoors or out it's a great hang out...
Of course we recommend you try the fried chicken or burgers...

The food was EXCELLENT - definitely the best burgers I've found in STL. The service was also great - our waitress was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for which burgers to try. It's a no-brainer that this will be in our restaurant rotation going forward.
Burger Heaven. I have eaten at the Concord Grill dozens of times over the past decade. The reason to go to this place is the burgers. THEY MAKE GREAT BURGERS! There are 30-50 different burgers on the menu. Every time I have ordered a burger it has been perfect. I have tried many of the other items on the menu through the years and the other items have always been OK to good. If you are craving a burger the Concord Grill is a great choice.

Really good food. We had a group of 11 people- the service was excellent. We got served super fast, the waitress was amazing. Each and every one of us loved what we got. The burger menu is huge. Between our group we ordered burgers, wraps, and pasta. Huge portions and everyone left full and impressed. Definitely going to come back!!!
Best Burgers in Town. Try to pick an off time, as this place gets really busy. You will see why after trying one of their burgers. The service is good, but you need to have a few patients as they are not going to check on you every 5 seconds. The food is well worth a slightly slow service, trust me.
Mighty fine burger. , but the fries less so. But who cares? I was there for the burger! It was one of the better burgers I'd ever had. The menu selection is great. I ordered take away, so I can't comment on the service.
Great Food and Great Service!!!. I really like the Concord Grill, they really do have the best burgers in town. I also really enjoy their friendly staff. I know others have had bad expeiriences, but what places don't. I personally have never had a bad experience here. Brought two of our good friends in tonight and they loved their food. The waitress was great and even got to meet the owner. They are all very nice staff and even when they are busy I have never had to wait for a table. (In case your thinking, I do not know any of the staff and owners personally) I have just been going here since 2000. I will continue to go here and enjoy their great food, service and friendly atmosphere! Keep up the great work!

Great Food!!! Great Service!!!. I've read previous reviews on here about the food and the service. The consensus is that the food is great and that the service is terrible. THIS COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!! Tonight was my first visit to Concord Grill. I had the Concord Burger. I ordered it medium-rare and that's how I got it. The burger is one of the best in St. Louis and the seasoned fries were very tasty as well. My girlfriend loved her burger as well. They have 40 different types of burgers to try! In addition, I was told that if you want to create your own burger that isn't on the menu that they will be happy to do so assuming they have the ingredients. How many other restaurants do you know of that will let you do that?
Now on to the service...Honestly, the service was FIRST CLASS! We were seated promptly, drinks were brought out very quickly and refilled without problem. Our waitress took our orders in a timely fashion and we had our food within 10 minutes. The food was hot and the portions were plenty!
My point is go to Concord Grill and form your own opinion. I have no allegiance to Concord Grill, any employee or its owner. That said I think great service and great food should be rewarded with positive feedback!
We will DEFINITELY be heading back to Concord Grill to try another burger!

Good Burgers. Good char broiled burgers and they have fried chicken on Sunday and Mondays. Their sides are all homemade and very tasty. Seating is limited but they do have a nice deck for outside dinning. Love their homemade Mayfair dressing also. Dishes are very reasonably priced and large.

Went to this place the first time about 2 weeks ago and had such an amazing experience that I brought my whole family back for my birthday dinner. Judy was our server, and I can't tell you how amazing she was. She not only answered all of my annoying questions but also made me feel like I was at home. She was fast efficient, and the perfect does of sweet without being fake. I have told everyone I know to come here because it's just that great of an experience. The food is every bit as good. With the million burgers to choose from, I must admit it was a little overwhelming but literally makes me want to keep coming back so I can try them all. I had the whiskey burger the first time, and the spinach burger the second, and both were perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to add a Thai turkey burger, but that would have been just a me choice, probably. Thank you for being above and beyond in a time when customer service is a thi g of the past. Also, if you are not a fan of peppers, ask them to only lightly season your fries. I did that the second time and liked them much better.
First time visiting restaurant and it exceeded my expectations. Great food, great staff, and our waiter Travis did a phenomenal job. He offered awesome recommendations and the bourbon burger was the best burger I had in my life. The fried twinkies are a must try along with toasted ravs
Working out of town and I was looking for a local place and THIS place is gold.. Clean, friendly and the food was AWESOME!!!!! I had the Flash Fried Spinach burger 🍔. I didn’t get a picture because I wasn’t planning on doing a review. Then I ordered the Maple and Bacon fried Twinkies. It was Great!!! My server ,Judy, was very kind and timely on a busy Sunday afternoon. If you’re still reading this…. EAT HERE!!!😀 I highly recommend it.
Wonderful service from Travis! First time exploring this place and hands down one of the best burgers I had in a while. I had the Sizzler and the fried s'mores Twinkie. If ever in south county please visit this place!
We are from central Illinois. I am so happy that I chose Conrad's to eat with my children. All staff that we encountered were nice. Our waitress was great. The food came out in good time, hot, and tastes great. I highly recommend to anyone
Cozy family run neighborhood bar and grill. The hand breaded toasted ravioli are amazing. Their burger menu is an entire page, so be prepared to have to choose. It's a tough choice with so many available. Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for a cozy, neighborhood bar and eatery, The Concord Grill is your place.
This restaurant is bustling with people, and filled with the sounds of friendly conversations and laughter.
The fare here is to be consumed for enjoyment. Probably wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a health enthusiast. There is a deep-fried Twinkie on the menu as well as every kind of hamburger you could imagine. Also, there are more traditional home cooked entrees like meatloaf and fried catfish.
I had the deep-fried pork tenderloin sandwich french fries. The flavor of the pork is kind of lost with the breading and deep-frying.
My fries were slightly over seasoned, but still tasty.
For dessert, I had the carrot cake. The cake appeared to be made from scratch with visible shreds of carrots and coconut. The texture of the cake reminded me of the 1950s before the "box cakes" became prominent. It was delightful!
There are mounted televisions for game nights. There is a bar area with a few stools. The overall atmosphere is appealing. Free parking is available with a paved area behind the restaurant and a few spaces in front.
Dining here is a good night out with family and friends.
This is really to go diner, when visiting Grants Farms. Home made meals, great choices for kids menu, variety of burgers and full bar. Catfish dinner was made perfectly - even breaded, you tasted well prepared fish. Banana cream pie to wrap up the dinner. Great services and very affordable prices.
Note, there few parking spots in front, but plenty parking in the back.

Very old-school short-order type of neighborhood “spot”. Reminded me of a local tavern where everyone gathers for big games and Friday night dinners out. You can tell a lot of love has gone into making this a simple but special place. Plus the burger menu must have 60 or more choices!!
Great experience. Had the breaded pork tenderloin, group had various other items (including the peanut butter burger). Food and service was fast, hot and friendly. Was a bit crowded and tables were tightly put together. A blend of cafe/bar & grill atmosphere. Fried Twinkies for desert! Will be back!
This place has flavorful burgers. Always a solid choice. Love the burger #24 with port wine cheese. One of the few places that I eat a burger without ketchup and mustard, not needed. The Jim White (mushroom swiss) burger is also tasty. Good fries, good service. Get a slice of wedding cake for dessert!
Alright i thoroughly enjoyed my meal, fried mushrooms were delicious, the jalapeno poppers with raspberry sauce were amazing, i really enjoyed my taco salad. We were there for my friends birthday and we got an amazing fried twinkie. First timer on that once. It was fabulous!

Old school feel with a huge selection of burgers. Burgers are always good, as I have never had a bad one. Great mom and pop joint in SoCo.
We came in a bit late, with a large group. Some of whom were a quite "lively".
Normally that could be a recipe for disaster. But Micheal, our waiter, took on the task and handled it perfectly!! He organized some overly fun and easily distracted party people with the skill of a much older, veteran food service pro.

A really quaint little spot. Kind of tucked away and the middle of Lindbergh, the Concord grill delivers only the hardiest burgers in South county. I enjoyed my time there, had a beer, and was served very thoroughly.
I would greatly suggest anyone who's looking for a mouthful of food, a crisp drink, and friendly service to check out the Concord grill.
I got the jalapeño popper burger. (Cream cheese poppers, pepper cheese, and jalapeño raspberry jelly.)
The menu here is insane. They have one side with just specialty burgers (Disclaimer: when I say specialty I mean anywhere from a peanut butter burger, or mozarella cheese sticks burger, to I mean ANY kind of burger your heart desires.) and another side with apps, entrees, sandwiches, desserts, etc. The burger I had was perfect. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and got a medium cooked burger. I asked for extra crispy fries and got extra crispy fries. This place knows how to deliver exactly what you want! Our waiter was such a sweetheart and even told us some history about the little mom & pop restaurant.
Cant wait to come back here, service is great, burgers we had was great, and the toasted ravs were ADDICTING.
I ordered the jalapeño popper burger (added grilled onions) and my husband built his own burger. We both really enjoyed our burgers. I wish the patty was smashed a little thinner. But flavors were right on! We both enjoyed the patio. We will be back again!
