Cool air, the AC works really well! (Note, it's 103 deg F outside) We came in, order was taken with a smile, and best of all...we could enjoy our meal in the dining room. We ordered a Calzone. It was tasty. And the best part was the crust was crispy. The Italian part was satisfying.

Man, this was an unexpected hidden gym. The place was clean and the cashier was competent, friendly, and efficient. That is rare these days! But what set me over the happy edge was their ice! It’s amazing, and worth this review alone!

The staff here is always very friendly, which is sadly hard to find these days at other restaurants. The food is always great tasting and you don't have to wait an exorbitant amount of time for tasty food, also you don't have to pay extra for a water cup.

I placed a catering order online Friday morning paid and got confirmation email. A couple hours later I get a call from the store that we will have to pick up the order because there are no drivers available. Tried to redeem rewards for a free small sandwich. Supposedly available online or in store. Online (app) In press redeem and get error message. Drive 7 miles to get in-store it won't allow it to be redeemed that way either. Requested manager this flustered the staff. Staff is useless. No Schlotzs

Very disappointed in this place. I come here once a week to get the giant sandwich and save up points the food is absolutely delicious but the customer service absolutely sucks. I love Schlotzky’s Deli. I just got there original on jalapeño bread. Yum. I only went through the drive through, but was fast, friendly, and fresh!

Why give me an attitude when I want to know the calories in the soups since it’s not on the menu? I have been to other Schlotskys and had great experiences...not here. Even the sandwich seemed different and not as well built. Hey Schlotskys Corporate...put the damn soup and their prices on your menu
