I've never tried Columbian food before so my perception might be very different. But I liked it. We got the small sharable platter which was big enough for 3 or more. Their fruit waters are made with syrup vs fresh fruits. Waiters could work on their social skills. Food took over 40 min and there's a cover fee after 9PM because they open the dance floor. $15 for adults and $10 for kids.
Hubby told me we needed to go to Addison to run some errands. But he actually surprised me with lunch at Las Palmas!!
First off, I love the decor! The restaurant was bright and festive.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, patient, and knew the menu well.
The empanadas were delicious!!! Definitely order those to start with. Hubby ordered Bandeja Paisa and I ordered the small Picada Paisa Las Palmas. The portions were generous!! We brought some home for the kiddo and she loved it too. Hubby stuck with a Coke to drink while I tried the blackberry juice with milk. Yummy!!!
Delicious, highly authentic cuisine and atmosphere, I was the only table that spoke English as a first language, but the staff was very helpful bridging the language gap.
Great food, excellent service BEST COLOMBIAN RESTAURANT I’ve ever tried in the DFW area. Colombia festivals hosted by the owners and excellent night life on the weekends!!!
Whether your are Latino or not the restaurant doesn’t disappoint. Authentic Colombian and Peruvian food. The atmosphere is great with Colombian music. Staff very attentive making sure your experience is great. They have Rumba on FRIDAY AND Saturday. Highly recommend.
I went to a nearby gun range with my godbrother and friends and we were looking for a place to eat lunch. We were curious to try food from Colombia. The food took awhile to come out but it was so good. We should have ordered more drinks. I would come back again if I'm ever in the area
