I eat hamburgers all the time and I can confidently say this is the best hamburger I have ever eaten and the staff is super friendly. Try it, you'll thank me later.
Decent burgers, although I would not call them exceptional. Better than the national chains, but not quite on par with 5 Guys or Mooyahs. They do have sweet potato fries which I like better than regular fries, and they were pretty good.
Great burgers and fresh cut fries. Clean place with friendly service.

Can't Be Beat (PERIOD). Everyone you talk to seems to think that they've had the best burger in the world. I've heard people even say Five Guys' burgers were the best. I have to say every time I try a new burger I find myself slightly disappointed no matter how delicious they may taste. I started eating at JC's about 8 years ago and I have yet to find a burger that can even match theirs. He has a secret to preparing the meat that baffles the mind. All his ground beef is fresh, shipped in from some farm real close to the restaurant. And with the recent addition of handcut fries to the menu, I feel like I've died and gone to heaven when I eat there.
If you haven't had a JC's burger, well I'd have to say, you haven't quite lived. And if I hear another person say Steak and Shake one more time, may the burger gods strike you down.

Terrific Hamburgers. Atmosphere is run-of-the-mill, but these might just be my favorite burgers in Addison. Definitely my favorite fries - thin cut with the skin still on and not too greasy.
The burger was simply presented next to a side of fries in a plastic red basket. The half pound patty was placed on top of a buttered bottom bun and then topped with a layer of cheddar cheese then grilled onions, bacon and top buttered bun. Unfortunately the kitchen forgot the mayonaise but taking my first bite, I didn't miss it all. I tasted a very juicy patty that was lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and had a small crust from the being griddled. The grilled onions were very sweet and contrasted nicely wit
