I recently stopped in Potbelly Sandwich Shop to try a couple of new items. I tried their new soup – Sriracha Black Bean. It is rare that I eat a soup that doesn’t need a little salt or pepper. This was not the case with the sriracha black bean soup. It needed NOTHING. This soup was right amount of spicy, with bits of tomato, onion, green pepper and savory black beans. AND it is vegan.
Great fresh sandwiches. Although I wud love a more variety of sides nd dressing.. .. Love the Italian seasoning on hot melted cheese nd the Mac n cheese
Quality everything. When I went on a low carb kick a while back I found myself constantly getting their salad's...and they were surprisingly good! It was always fresh, the dressing (I think it was light something or other) was tasty, and their croutons were the icing on the cake. Or salad. Their subs are also mighty good.
Favorites: Salad's, any of their subs
Negative: There aren't any too close to where I live!
Great sandwiches & cookies. I miss going to Potbelly for lunch, getting a Wreck w/ everything, the jalepeno flavored chips, a drink, and one or the other of the cookie types they had. I moved and now the closest one is waaaay too far to go just for a lunch break.

I had an Italian sandwich. It was so delicious that I will go there again next week. The service was great too. I love to cook but it doesn't hurt to eat out once a week.

When I worked near this location, this was a regular lunch spot. Always great food and super friendly people.
I haven't tried a better sandwich, yet. The Mediterranean sandwich is just perfect and the cookies... Well, those are made in house, daily, so you can imagine 😍

I really want to give a shout out to Lisa for her AWESOME customer service! This was my first time here and I have dietary restrictions so I had a lot of questions. I am very apologetic for making things "complicated" sometimes and needing to know what ingredients are in things like soups and salad dressings. She was sooo incredibly gracious and I was very touched when she said, no need to apologize, take your time and let me know if you have questions. She even took the initiative to wash her hands and put on clean gloves while waiting for me to order.
Truly, this means a lot!! It is difficult having restrictions, frustrating that I can't eat what everyone else can, and not fun to interrogate employees, but I'm a professional sales person who has one on one lunch meetings and would like to enjoy getting to eat out and not tote my own food everywhere I go. I really just praise her for having a great attitude and going above and beyond for me!! I will definitely be coming here again!
