Look you go to one Panera you basically went to them all. Food is the same. Service is generally similar. The only reason why I writing a review for this one is they redecorated and it is HORRIBLE. You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is out there working almost every single day and
Service was great. My chicken and wild rice soup was tasty. The sugar cookie was nice and soft. The brownie was good. However, I did not get my strawberry banana smoothie 😞 Didn't realize it till I was all the way home.
Food is always good and very consistent. Unlimited Sips Coffee Club for $12 per month is a good deal if you love coffee. Best value are the Duets: $6.99 includes a half sandwich, soup and a side. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating.
There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was very comfortable to be there.

Been coming here for a couple of years now and haven’t had a mistake or problem with them. Very friendly people and good speed on week days. A bit slow on the weekends but that’s understandable. So far I seen it well clean, no big messes or dirty tables. Recommend this place on weekdays for a family
I really enjoy coming to Panera but today's visit with Joseph (my cashier) didn't really make it nice. I came with my mom who doesn't know the menu and had questions. He was rather unpleasant and rushed even though it was just us! Food was still awesome though.
I was just here and I met this amazing employee named Brenda. She told me she usually works at the Oakbrook location but her service was super friendly and you don’t get a lot of people like her. My food was also ready very fast and I was very pleased with my experience!
