Amada's location now Sabor de mi Tierra. My husband and I tried it for first time this past Friday evening. It was busy so the service was a little slow. Our appetizer was never brought to our table. The birria supreme flautas were on point, very good. They came with a cup of birria consome which I
Ordered queso birria 3 taco combo with consume, steak and chicken tacos. Side of rice as well! Delivery through grubhub. Was packed well and still warm when it got to my door. Everything had good flavor! Queso birria was good. Consume was just right. Chicken tacos uses "steak" pieces. Good flavor.
First time here, I had their Birria tacos and a margarita and both were delicious. Only downfall was they close kind of early but the food was great and I would def go back for their drinks

Of course they have excellent Birria, but they also have great arracherra and cesina. Try the Birria quesadilla or the tacos Guerrero style. 👍👍👍
They have the best Birria taco's with Consome. The flavor and taste is outstanding. You will not find a Birria taco as good as this, anywhere else. If you eat there, you will more than likely take 1 home because it is very filling. They are a must have. You gotta check them out!
First time there since they recently opened in Addison. I had a tlacoyo which was delicious and the birria not bad either, the only thing is that the consome was almost lukewarm, needed to be hot but flavor was good. Handmade tortillas, delicious!
Had a chance to eat their food at fair! I must say Wow! Had some of their quesabirria, quesabirria tacos & my favor their birria ramen! Everything was so welled seasoned & a good portion of food! This is definitely a place to go for some good birria meals! Will definitely go back!!
