Food is overall great love the place been going there for the past 3 years! But not sure what happened their old menu and style of food was great it’s slowly gotten worse after the new ownership but still ok! Prices have Increaed a lot as well couldn’t mind them to go back down in the future but not likely!

The only thing I come here is the Caldo de Res. Nothing else. Its the best Caldo I've every tasted in west chicago area. I've been here many times and I only order one thing in their menu.

This place was recommended by a family member who has been coming here for a while. We decided to stop in for some of the soups and tacos to go. Just have to say it was all excellent! The steak tacos were delicious and the soups were gone in two days.
Definitely coming here regularly.

My husband and I went from having El Burrito weekly to having to wait almost two months to have it again with everything taking place.. and let's us tell you they have not skipped a beat. We have tried other places recently while waiting for them to reopen and none were the same. (None even came close) I wish we left a review earlier but better last than never!! Highly recommend!!!
Also, no one can touch their salsa!! Hot or mild, they are game changers!

Food is great, but the service is horrible. I have been coming here for 12 years and the service seems like it is going down. They used to treat you like you were welcomed. Now they take your order, serve your food and forget about you. NO how's the food no personal interaction at all. They done even smile at all. I get better service when I take my food to go!

I LOVE this place! I had the beef chimichangas and they were AWESOME! Deep fried, very fresh, big portions with a generous amount of rice and refried beans along with fresh tomato and onion slices on the side. Can't be beat. I highly recommend this restaurant! I am from downstate and it's really hard to find a good takeout Mexican restaurant.

Worst burrito I've ever had and horrible horrrrrrible customer service. We politely told the server that she got our order wrong and she kept saying "no. No I didn't." While she continued to shake her head and roll her eyes. And then as we continued to tell her what we were suppose to have so she could fix our order she kept cutting us off and talking over us. She has an attitude problem for sure and was not professional at all. Never coming back to this place. I don't know how they are still in business...
