3.5 stars. The tastiness of the pizza at the Acton location is substandard compared to all the other locations I've been to in the country. I'm not sure if they skimp on the cheese and other toppings but that is the only explanation I can think of. I will still get pizza there because Dominos has such great prices and this location is on the way home.

Food is decent most of the time. Quality has gone downhill over the years though. They don't accept cash payment for delivery but the drivers will wait for you to come to the door so they can ask for a tip regardless if you choose contactless delivery. This has happened twice now so they either need new drivers or to enforce their policy, very unsafe if you are an immune compromised person.

Had a big order delivered. Everything was perfect except that they gave us diet coke instead of regular. But a quick phone call and they brought out the correct one. Hot and delicious food.

Every time I try to order online from Acton's location, the Domino's app says technical difficulties - and then when I try to select paying in-person at the store, the app claims any order over 1 dollar has to be paid online. I could understand an order over some high, triple-digit amount needing to be paid up front, but not allowing ANY customers to pay in-store with cash? Unless you go there in person and sit around wasting time for like 20 minutes? That's not acceptable, Domino's.

Shop is located in an excellent area and staffed by friendly individuals. I didn't even get the carry out insurance and when the person behind the counter thought I dropped my pizza, I hadn't, they offered to replace it for free. As far as food quality goes it's Domino's, it's nothing special but under the right circumstances it hits the spot just right.

I have been a customer of this store for a long time but this time both pizzas were burnt. It didn’t taste good at all. I talked to a person who addressed himself as a manager of the store and but offered me a credit for only 1 pizza, not both. Very rude behavior. Never going again to this store. For reference, I have never complained about their pizza and I ordered every week.
