There wasan altercation while i was there. No manager on duty and the kiosk that they make you pay though allowed someone to pay for something that was currently sold out. Without a manager on duty the teensworking there weren't able to open a register to refund the man. Our trip was fine otherwise
Way small and you cannot eat inside, and they let me know that with an impersonal employee yelling at me. I'll never go there again. Asked for slightly sweet coffee, got super sweet I barely drank half of it. Asked for crispy bacon on my wrap. Got rubber bacon. And donut was too old.

They didn't mess up the order (a rarity with DD). Service was quick and efficient.
Wife was in and out with two xl iced coffees, two wraps, and a donut. Shortest wait time I have experiences with Dunkin.

Horrible customer services!!! I go there almost every day sometimes even twice but not more. I don’t know if they are under a new owner since I see new faces recently. The girls taking the orders are SO RUDE!!!
Only downside to this dunkin is there is no drive thru. However the service and quality is always great.
I do like this location, I am a beginner coffee drinker.
This specific area, is up the street from my job. I also love that aspect of it as well.
